BSNL offers free GPRS access to CellOne.in portal. While surfing is free, downloads come at a charge. Then there is of course a ‘Free Content’ section. Ringtones cost Rs. 10 while games come at Rs. 50 and above.
To activate this facility, type PORTAL and send it to 7575.
